Time to walk away from crypto?

Hi, First post here, bit of a hail mary message, not expecting a response, but nothing more to lose, so here goes. Would appreciate any thoughts on a current predicament i'm in. In a nutshell, i've gone on tilt. Context: I leverage traded once a few years back, blew my full account and vowed never to do that again. Nonetheless, last week, I opened a short on SPX6900 (memecoin) at 0.33; thinking being BTC goes down, easy win (they don't exist of course). I got greedy and didn't take profit at 0.30, then foolishly kept pushing back my SL to the point where I'm on the cusp of a full port liquidation at 0.45. I don't know why I opened the trade, a moment of weakness having seen my spot port get decimated since 10/10 perhaps. Or more likely just greed with zero risk management. Any advice on how to deal or cope with these sort of situations. How you make a decision and mentally recalibrate. Feeling pretty broken. Entered crypto in 2016 buying bitcoin and eth, ploughed so much of my savings into tje space and somehow massively down, alts, greed, idiocy, think it's time I fully exit the space
